Quality in Concrete Paving Workshop - March 7, 2012

An additional 1-day training workshop was added this year prior to the CPAM workshop above.

The National Concrete Pavement Technology Center (CP Tech Center), in cooperation with FHWA with funding through the National Concrete Consortium, presented a one-day training program on Wednesday, March 7, 2012. This training covered the benefits of quality assurance for concrete pavement construction and how it can be used to increase the longevity of concrete pavements. The training emphasized that everyone, regardless of their role, affects the overall quality of pavement.

One hundred attendees gathered to hear the informative presentations of Gary Fick (Trinity Construction Management) and Jim Grove (CP Tech Center).   Due to the overwhelming response, CPAM is considering offering another program in the future.  Stay tuned!
